Updated G2/G3/G4 CCD camera drivers for ASCOM and AstroArt available for download

New drivers for G2, G3 and G4 cooled CCD cameras for ASCOM standard and for AstroArt software package are available for download. New drivers mainly fix some problems discovered in previous versions.

All G2 revision 3+, G3 and G4 CCD cameras are software compatible and they use the same drivers.

Driver for ASCOM standard

Driver version 1.2 updates and fixes:

Fixed problem with reading of binned images (previous driver versions could set binning improperly before read).
Driver can return also current cooler power utilization to the application.

Driver for AstroArt

Driver version 1.5 fixes:

Fixed problem with inverted y-coordinate of defined sub-frame. While the driver followed FITS standard, placing coordinate origin to lower-left corner, AstroArt defines sub-frame from upper-left corner. Y-coordinate is now handled in accordance with AstroArt.
