Comet C/2020 F8 (SWAN)
Comet C/2019 Y4 (Atlas) disappointed northern-hemisphere observers by breaking into pieces and thus it will not reach the brightness everybody hoped. But another comet C/2020 F8 (SWAN), visible from the southern hemisphere, evolves into beauty and brightness.

The image presented here was acquired by the CielAustral group of astro-photographers (J. C. Canonne, N. Outters, P. Bernhard, D. Chaplain, L. Bourgon) from their Chile based remote observatory. Image was captured with G4-16000 camera on TEC160 FL telescope through red, green and blue filters to get color information and luminance image was exposed without filters. Total exposure time is surprisingly short, only 49 minutes.
